Founded by John in 1991, the business began with his deep-rooted passion for horticulture, nurtured through a Cadetship in pip and stone fruit, a Diploma in Horticulture from Lincoln University, and years spent growing up in Auckland’s Eastern Suburbs. Today, alongside Alexandra’s invaluable support and coordination, McKenzie Gardening is a flourishing family business that combines expertise with a warm, personal approach.
